About Silver Pine Remodeling

We add space to houses so families can stay in the neighborhood they chose.

Tell us about the room you need

We read every request and reply by phone or email to set up a visit at the house. How we use your details.

To send, add what you are interested in, your first name and a phone number or an email.

Why additions

A household changes faster than a house does. A second child, a parent who needs a room on the ground floor, a job that moved home. Selling and buying again costs a lot and uproots everyone. An addition changes the house instead of the address.

How we plan a room

We start with how the family uses the house: where people sleep, where they gather, which hallway gets crowded. Then we look at the lot, the setbacks and the structure to find where the new room can go and how it connects to the rest of the plan.

Building while you live there

You can keep living at home through most additions. We agree on a site entry, a dust wall between the old house and the new room, and which days the water or power will be off, so the household can plan around them.

Matching what is already there

An addition should not look added. We match the roof pitch, the stucco texture, the window grids and the trim, and we plan the inside so ceiling heights and floor levels line up where the old house meets the new room.
